Furnace Engineering produce cast refractory components from simple blocks to intricate shapes, in a wide variety of refractory materials. Products can be supplied dried or pre-fired as required. Products are vibratory cast, cured and
dried in our temperature controlled drying ovens to achieve the desired material characteristics.
In addition, we can improve the strength of the finished
product components by the inclusion
of stainless steel needles during the
mixing stage of the production.
Our in house mould fabrication facility
produces moulds in materials from
timber through to steel, the choice being dependant on the
accuracy and throughput of the
component being cast.
